With decades of combined experience in owning and running a busy 24/7 veterinary hospital, emergency care, pet nutrition, and preventative health, we’ve seen firsthand how overwhelming and confusing pet care can feel, especially when you're unsure where to turn for trustworthy advice.

That’s why we created My Vet Mate — an online veterinary advice service that brings expert, tailored support straight to pet parents, wherever they are. We want our pet parents to feel like they’re speaking with a friend when they reach out to My Vet Mate!

That’s why we offer no time limits on our consultations - no rush - just care, until your issue is resolved.
